We are pleased to inform you that Craven District Council has confirmed the water supply has passed all hygiene tests following the recent issues at the processing plant (see our update from 15 September). This means there is no longer any requirement to boil your water before consumption.
We have more good news relating to the water levels at the reservoir, too, as they have returned to something like normal and the threat of a hosepipe ban is no longer in place. However, please do continue to be mindful of your usage to help avoid the possibility of future shortages.
